What makes our chocolate different?
Prabonache only use premium quality pure Belgian chocolate sourced from Europe. There are two classification of chocolates, Couverture, which in layman's term 'pure', and Compound that has substitution of oil that makes it 'unpure'. Prabonache products are made with couverture chocolate.

Every piece of chocolate is packed with not only one, but two flavors harmoniously blending together to elevate the boldness of the chocolate. Our chocolate comes in beautiful shapes and color. Colors and designs are made from pure cocoa butter.

We use European technique of chocolate making, infused with Filipino flavors, using high grade ingredients- will never fail to give you excellent result. We are bringing something new to your table, a richer, intricate flavors, gorgeous looking, delicious chocolate.

Russ, the chocolate maker of Prabonache, is a professional culinarian. With an avid interest in chocolate since childhood, he paved the way to be a Chocolatier.

He learned the art of chocolate making at the prestigious Chocolate Academy by Barry Callebaut in Singapore under the supervision of the World Chocolate Masters.
​
His love and passion for chocolate inspired him to establish his own shop. He wanted the people around him to understand why he have much fondness with chocolates by making a product that taste so good but cost less compared to other gourmet chocolate makers in the Philippines.
